Here's my dilemma. They'd issue a similar letter, if......

...I could give them a loan number. They looked up the VIN and found nothing. Surprisingly, they do not keep a copy of the title. When they send it out (IF they send it out) that's it.

So, I have no one at the moment that says they have a copy of a clear title.

Thanks for the input. You may still have a solution, but not sure who at BBT will write it.
